Claire was a regular exhibitor at the Chelsea Open Air Art Exhibition and Chelsea Town Hall in the early 1980s. Having gone on to pursue a full-time career in public relations, she now combines freelance PR with art.
In addition to two solo exhibitions in London in 1995, her work has been featured at the Anna-Mei Chadwick Gallery and the Royal Watercolour Society in London. In 1997 she staged a solo exhibition of 60 paintings of her travels in Australia, Africa and Europe in The Footstool Gallery at St. John’s, Smith Square, London. After moving to the Cotswolds her work has been shown at The Walton House Gallery in Stow-on-the-Wold and locally in the village of Chedworth, Gloucestershire.
She works mainly in watercolour and pastel and undertakes commissions. Her published work includes drawings for technical publications, book illustration and occasional projects for her corporate clients.
